Description
One of the key features of the Chicago F1 hybrid is its high resistance to various diseases, including fusarium and verticillium wilt, alternaria, blossom end rot, and the formation of pigment spots. Additionally, the tomato tolerates heat and drought, making it particularly suitable for cultivation in southern regions of Ukraine with a hot climate. High content of dry matter (BRIX) in the fruits contributes to their excellent taste and suitability for processing.
This hybrid is versatile in application: it is suitable for both fresh market and industrial processing into tomato paste, ketchup, and whole fruit canning. Due to its dense flesh and resistance to mechanical damage, tomato Chicago F1 is ideal for mechanized harvesting, significantly simplifying agricultural operations and increasing production efficiency.
