Lehmann lovegrass

Lehmann lovegrass (Eragrostis lehmanniana) is a perennial grass species belonging to the Poaceae family. Recognized for its dense bunchgrass growth habit, it serves as a critical agricultural asset for soil stabilization and livestock grazing in challenging, semi-arid environments.

Native to southern Africa, this species has been successfully introduced to various arid regions globally, particularly in the southwestern United States.
