Over the years of trials, the Ufimskaya bean showed yields within 11.3-19.4 ц/га, corresponding to the standard level of Garnal. By protein content (23.0-24.5%) and seed quality, this variety surpasses many analogs, making it valuable for cultivation and use in the food industry. Ufimskaya bean is recommended for home cooking, suitable for making soups, side dishes, and canning. Due to its taste qualities and seed size, it is popular among gardeners and cooks.
