This variety was obtained at the All-Russian Research Institute of Fruit Growing named after I.V. Michurin by T.V. Morozova. An induced somatic mutant of the variety 'Leningradskaya Yellow' (treatment of kernels at the seedling stage with the chemical mutagen NDM in a concentration of 0.025%). Under state variety testing since 1995.
Medium-sized tree. Crown rounded-oval, raised, of medium density.
Fruits above average size, weighing 5.5 g, rounded-oval in shape. Skin dark red. Flesh red, medium density, tender, juicy. Taste sour-sweet, good. Universal use variety.
High yield. Winter hardiness above average. Relatively resistant to diseases.
Advantages of the variety: late-ripening, winter-hardy variety.
Disadvantages: relatively resistant to fungal diseases.
