Why Carbendazim Remains a Key Tool

The active ingredient interferes with the pathogen's metabolism by inhibiting nuclear division (mitosis) within fungal cells. Unlike narrow-spectrum agents, Kevlar offers robust suppression of a wide range of infections in wheat, barley, and rye, including eyespot (Cercosporella) and Fusarium head blight. Its systemic nature ensures protection of plant parts that may have been missed during the initial spray application.
