ALEKSINSKY

ALEKSINSKY is a mid-season variety of winter garlic, characterized by a large round-flattened bulb weighing about 91 grams. The bulb has a blue-violet coloration of dry scales and white skin with purple veins, consisting of 6-8 cloves. The flesh is creamy with a semi-sharp taste, making this variety attractive for culinary use. Yields exceed 2 kg per square meter, indicating its high productivity.

This garlic variety is distinguished by winter hardiness and resistance to fusarium, ensuring reliable cultivation under various climatic conditions, especially in the Central region of Russia. The plants are bolting, which is a characteristic feature of the variety. Due to its stability and quality characteristics, the ALEKSINSKY variety is suitable for suburban and dacha cultivation.

Garlic in general is a light-loving plant, requiring fertile, loamy or loamy sandy soils with a low groundwater level. It does not tolerate acidic and saline soils. The vegetative period of the variety is about 90-100 days. Garlic has high food and medicinal properties, contains a significant amount of proteins, sugars, mineral salts, and vitamins, making it a valuable product for health and cuisine.
