The bulb of this variety is round-flat in shape, dense, weighing from 35 to 40 grams, and consists of 4-6 cloves. The wrapper scales have a purple color, and the leaves are dark green with a moderate waxy coating. The flowering scape reaches a height of 1.6 to 2.0 meters and forms many small aerial bulbs. The garlic has a spicy taste, making it attractive for culinary use.

To ensure good overwintering, it is important to plant garlic in well-fertilized soil; fertilizers are best applied in advance to the preceding crop or in winter before seedlings emerge.
