«Euro-Land» is a systemic herbicide formulation combining imazamox and imazapyr. It is engineered for post-emergence control of a wide range of broadleaf and grass weeds, including the challenging parasitic weed broomrape (Orobanche). Due to its selective action, it effectively suppresses weed competition without harming genetically tolerant sunflower hybrids.

Mechanism of Action and Chemical Composition

The core efficacy of «Euro-Land» relies on the inhibition of the acetolactate synthase (ALS) enzyme in target weeds. Imazamox and imazapyr are rapidly absorbed through the foliage and translocated via the phloem to growing points. This causes an immediate cessation of cell division and metabolic processes. Such systemic depth is crucial for eradicating both the aerial biomass and the extensive root systems of persistent weeds such as Canada thistle, field bindweed, and ragweed.

• Formulation: As a water-soluble concentrate, the product ensures rapid preparation of the working solution and high levels of penetration through the leaf cuticle.
