Effective Field Protection: Working with "Triera, RK" Herbicide

When perennial weeds like field bindweed or ragweed take over, standard measures often fall short. We use "Triera, RK" from ZAT «Avgust-Bel» as a reliable post-emergence tool for winter rapeseed, corn, and small grains. Its main strength lies in its selectivity; it targets tough weeds while keeping the crop safe, provided the application rates are followed strictly.

Field Application and Performance

In practice, Triera acts as a dependable partner. The combination of picloram and clopyralid allows for systemic action, absorbing through the leaves and traveling deep into the root system to prevent regrowth.

• Rates and Efficiency: The optimal rate is 0.3–0.5 L/ha. It is crucial to stay within this range, as exceeding it provides no added benefit but increases stress on the crop.
• Application Method: Being a foliage-applied (insurance) herbicide, timing is key. We apply it post-emergence when weeds are in their active growth phase to ensure maximum translocation of the active ingredients.
• Maintenance and Handling: As a water-based solution, the preparation is straightforward to mix. It doesn't clog nozzles, which saves valuable time during the busy spraying season.

Operational Notes

Since the product is classified under Hazard Class 3, standard safety measures are required during preparation and application. We keep the 60-day pre-harvest interval in mind during our seasonal planning. With only one application allowed per season, it serves as a highly effective "clean-up" solution after initial soil-applied or early post-emergence treatments.
