Diamantinas (Diamantinas) salad is a medium-maturing head lettuce type of Iceberg, developed by the Dutch breeding company Rijk Zwaan. This variety forms a dense, round head weighing about 500 grams in 55-60 days after transplanting seedlings. The leaves are light green with a yellowish tint inside, slightly blistered and glossy. The taste is delicate, pleasant, and juicy, making this lettuce an excellent choice for fresh salads and garnishes.

Diamantinas is adapted to cultivation under various climatic conditions and on different soil types, including open fields and protected greenhouses. The variety tolerates hot weather with regular watering and can withstand minor frosts down to -5 degrees. Additionally, the lettuce shows high resistance to false powdery mildew, lettuce aphids, bolting, internal scalding, and sclerotinia, significantly simplifying care and increasing yield.

Care for lettuce includes timely watering, weed removal, and fertilization, which contribute to the formation of high-quality crops with high market value. The variety has good transportability, allowing it to maintain freshness and appearance during long-distance transport.
