The ripening period for 'Pegas' is 115–125 days. This timeframe allows the plant to efficiently utilize moisture from early vegetation stages and avoid peak temperature stress at the end of summer. The potential yield reaches 2.5–3.0 t/ha, which is an excellent benchmark for intensive and semi-intensive farming technologies.
