Description
Robin garlic bulbs have an amphoriform shape and a deep dark red color of upper scales with a pronounced sheen. The flesh is juicy, crisp, and free of bitterness, making this variety particularly attractive for fresh consumption and processing. The plant forms large dark-green leaves with a waxy coating and a well-developed root system, which contributes to stress resistance and increased yield.
For successful cultivation, seed sowing at a rate of 1 million per hectare is recommended, with planting depth of about 3 cm and row spacing of 10 cm. Robin garlic requires high doses of mineral fertilizers and responds well to drip irrigation, enabling yields up to 55-60 tons per hectare. The variety is suitable for mechanized harvesting and is characterized by stable market appearance and excellent taste qualities, making it popular both for home use and commercial cultivation.
