Palette

Palette is a medium-late maturing variety of white cabbage with a vegetation period of 140-150 days, suitable for cultivation in all climatic zones of Ukraine. The cabbage has a round head shape and weighs between 1.5 and 1.8 kg. This variety is characterized by high storability, making it suitable for long-term storage as well as for fresh consumption. Due to its resistance to Fusarium wilt, Palette demonstrates good disease resistance, contributing to a stable yield.

The yield of this variety ranges from 35 to 47 tons per hectare, making it attractive for commercial cultivation. Palette cabbage exhibits high quality indicators for therapeutic-dietary products, highlighting its beneficial properties and value for healthy nutrition. The variety is suitable for both fresh consumption and processing, expanding its application potential in culinary and food industries.
