SuperBison is a proven systemic insecticide and acaricide based on dimethoate, widely used by agronomists to protect crops against a variety of destructive insects. Its core strength lies in its dual action: it works on contact and is absorbed into the plant tissues, providing long-lasting protection even against hidden pests.

Practical application

Farmers apply SuperBison to winter wheat, rye, barley, rapeseed, soybeans, sugar beets, as well as apple and pear orchards. It is specifically designed to target the most persistent threats, including:

• Sucking pests: aphids, thrips, and mites.
• Leaf-eating and early-stage pests: flea beetles, weevils, and grain flies.
• Key cereal pests: the sunn pest and various types of cutworms.

Efficiency and safety standards

The application rate ranges from 0.5 to 1.0 l/ha, making it a cost-effective solution for large-scale operations. As an emulsifiable concentrate, SuperBison ensures excellent coverage when used in standard tank mixes.

The product is classified as hazard class 2, requiring careful handling. To maintain effectiveness while managing resistance, the protocol is limited to a maximum of two applications per season, with a pre-harvest interval of 30–40 days. The product is manufactured under the Alfa Smart Agro portfolio at the Bila Tserkva Plant of Preparative Forms (Ukraine), in collaboration with Jiangsu Tenglong Biological & Medicinal Co.
