Description
Plants form dense, round heads of medium size, weighing from 2.5 to 5 kg, which mature uniformly and do not crack at the root. Leaves have a blue-green hue with a natural waxy coating, which helps preserve the marketable appearance and taste qualities during long-term storage and transportation. Yield reaches 70-80 tons per hectare, with planting density ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 plants per hectare. Thanks to its tall stem, cabbage is convenient to harvest using mechanized methods.
Gloria F1 is suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, and culinary processing. The variety does not require intensive mineral fertilizer application, but fertilization at the time of transplanting into the soil helps increase yield. For optimal growth, select sunny areas, preferably after potato or legume crops. Cabbage requires regular watering, loosening, hilling, and weed control. The hybrid is unique in its ability to be sown in two seasons: early for summer harvest and late for long-term storage up to four months, making it a versatile solution for various cultivation purposes.
