Black currant variety 'Aspirantka' is one of the most delicious and high-yielding varieties. The berries of this variety are characterized by juiciness, aroma, and a sweet-tart taste. Due to their taste qualities, the berries are ideal for fresh consumption as well as processing, especially for freezing.
'Aspirantka' bushes are tall, reaching up to 1.5 meters in height, have a sprawling form with thick and straight shoots. The variety is moderately early-ripening; berries ripen almost simultaneously and do not drop off the bush for a long time, which facilitates harvesting. The berries detach dryly, however, mechanical harvesting is not recommended, as large berries with tender and juicy flesh may be damaged due to skin rupture.
