Description
Black currant variety NOVOSEL® is a large-fruited variety of berry culture intended for cultivation in various climatic conditions. Bushes reach a height of about 1.2 meters and are distinguished by high frost resistance, withstanding temperatures up to -32°C. This variety is unpretentious in care and highly resistant to diseases; in particular, it is not affected by powdery mildew, which significantly facilitates its cultivation in both private gardens and agricultural enterprises.
NOVOSEL® black currant berries are large, weighing up to 5 grams, black in color with a glossy surface. The flesh has a tender-sweet taste with a pleasant aroma, combining sour-sweet notes, making them attractive to consumers. The maturity period is very early - berries are ready for harvest at the end of June - beginning of July, which allows for an earlier harvest than many other varieties.
High yield and drought resistance make the NOVOSEL® variety an excellent choice for gardeners and farmers seeking to obtain a high-quality and abundant harvest of black currant. Due to its characteristics, this variety is suitable both for personal consumption and for industrial cultivation, providing a stable and tasty product.
