Description
Medium-ripening variety, developed at the Southern Ural Research Institute of Fruit and Vegetable Growing and Potato Cultivation from crossing the varieties Bredtorp and Seyanets Golubki. Author: V.S. Ilyin. Under state variety testing since 2001.
Medium-height, medium-density, moderately spreading bush. Growing shoots of medium thickness, light green with a slight (hazy) purple 'tan', hairless, slightly curved. Buds of medium size, solitary, sessile or angled slightly to the shoot, egg-shaped with a pointed apex, leaf scar shape rounded-conical.
Leaf five-lobed, medium or even small, green, weakly shiny, wrinkled, concave along midribs, with deep notches. Lobes pointed, central exceeding lateral ones, egg-shaped with additional protrusions. Lateral lobes of medium length and width, their tips directed sideways, sometimes twisted toward the central lobe, angle between their midribs usually right. Basal lobes well developed. Leaf base with a deep, narrow, triangular notch. Teeth sharp, not curled. Petiole long, medium thickness, brightly colored with anthocyanin, slightly hairy, angled at 30-45° to the shoot.
Flowers medium or small, narrow-ovate, sepals free, narrow, reflexed, with 2-3 flowers at the top of the inflorescence, sepals brightly pink, others weakly colored or yellow-green. Inflorescences long (4-6 cm, 6-9 flowers), medium density. Axis medium thickness, light green, slightly curved, hairless. Pedicel long, thin, pinkish, slightly hairy.
Berries very large (1.9-3.5 g), round-oval, relatively uniform, nearly black, with moderate seed count, sweet flavor (5 points), dessert.
Cold-hardy variety, good self-fertility, weakly affected by powdery mildew and anthracnose, average yield 7.2 t/ha, maximum -20.4 t/ha (1.8-5.1 kg/plant).
Advantages of the variety: high yield, large berry size, dessert flavor of berries.
Disadvantages of the variety: weak resistance to septoria and bud mite.
