Blackcurrant variety TIBEN is a medium-late maturing Polish selection, ripening in mid-July. Medium-height bushes with good spreading ability ensure abundant and regular fruiting. Berries are large, black, glossy, with a pleasant sweet-sour taste and aroma, making them an excellent choice for both fresh consumption and processing.
This variety is distinguished by high resistance to various adverse factors: frost, drought, and diseases, including American powdery mildew, as well as relative resistance to currant rust and alternaria.
