The Grozny Expert crop protection agent by Nertus integrates a precise blend of alpha-cypermethrin and tribenuron-methyl (a sulfonylurea derivative). This formulation is engineered to address two primary agricultural concerns—weed competition and insect infestation—within a single application cycle, significantly optimizing operational efficiency.

Operational Mechanism

• Systemic Herbicide Action: Tribenuron-methyl is rapidly absorbed by foliage, inhibiting the acetolactate synthase enzyme. This effectively halts weed cell division within hours of application, critical for protecting crop yields during early development stages.
• Broad-Spectrum Insect Control: The inclusion of alpha-cypermethrin provides immediate contact and stomach toxicity against a wide range of pests, including leaf beetles (chrysomelids), weevils, and the Sunn pest (Eurygaster integriceps).
• Application Flexibility: Designed as a post-emergence (leaf) herbicide, Grozny Expert is suitable for winter wheat, winter barley, oilseed rape, sunflower, and peas. The application rate of up to 0.5 l/ha ensures effective coverage during active vegetation phases.
