Privabliva

Winter soft wheat variety Privabliva is a versatile variety recommended for cultivation in the forest-steppe zone of Ukraine. This medium-maturing and medium-height variety reaches a height of 105-110 cm and belongs to the lutescens type. Privabliva is characterized by high frost resistance (7.5 points) and resistance to various diseases, including powdery mildew, brown rust, septoria, aerial smut, as well as stress factors. The ear has a pyramidal shape, 9-10 cm long, with moderate waxy coating and teeth at the tip; the grain is red and oval-shaped. The thousand-grain weight is 41.3 g, and the protein content reaches 12.8%. The variety is characterized by high yield potential up to 10-11 t/ha and is suitable for cultivation following various preceding crops, including black fallow, occupied fallows, perennial grasses, and corn for silage. Privabliva is adaptable to cultivation conditions and can be used both under conventional and intensive technologies. The seeding rate is 4.5 million germinating seeds per hectare on fallow and 5.0 million on non-fallow preceding crops. In addition, the variety exhibits high resistance to lodging (9 points), shattering (8 points), root rot (7-8 points), septoria (8-9 points), fusarium (7-8 points), brown rust (8-9 points), and powdery mildew (8-9 points). The grain quality meets the requirements of premium wheat, making Privabliva an attractive choice for farmers seeking a stable and high yield with minimal plant protection costs.
