Winter wheat variety Prydniprovska belongs to high-yielding, high-intensity, short-stalked varieties with the lutescens type. It is a medium-maturing variety with a vegetation period of 263 to 282 days, characterized by an extended period of flag leaf function, which promotes effective photosynthesis and high yield formation. The seeding rate is 4.0–6.0 million germinating seeds per hectare, and sowing is recommended during the latter half of the optimal period to achieve maximum productivity.

The variety demonstrates high resistance to lodging, shattering, root rot, septoria, fusarium, brown rust, and powdery mildew, ensuring stable yields under various climatic conditions. Additionally, Prydniprovska exhibits high drought resistance, making it particularly valuable for cultivation in areas with variable moisture levels. The yield potential of this variety is 10–11 tons per hectare, with protein content in grain ranging from 13.0 to 14.6%, and 1000-grain weight falling within the range of 35.8–43.2 grams.
