This variety is characterized by an erect stem and a medium-density pyramid-shaped head of white color. The grain is oval-shaped, white, with a long awn; the 1000-kernel weight ranges from 32-35 grams. VAVENKOV REMEMBRANCE belongs to the albidum group and possesses excellent baking qualities, making it in demand for the production of high-quality flour and bakery products.
