VLADI

VLADI is a variety of soft winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) with medium maturity and high adaptability to various climatic conditions. The plants are characterized by medium or low height, ranging from 89 to 117 cm, and lodging resistance, which ensures crop preservation and ease of harvesting. The mass of 1000 grains ranges from 39 to 46 grams, indicating good grain quality and potential high yield. The variety is sensitive to photoperiod and has an extended period of vernalization, which contributes to increased tillering and yield stability. VLADI demonstrates high winter hardiness, exceeding average levels, and resistance to a number of diseases, including brown rust and powdery mildew. At the same time, the variety has moderate resistance to septoria, but is susceptible to fusarium of the head and hard head smut. Thanks to these characteristics, the variety is successfully grown in various regions, including the Central, Volga-Vyatsky, Central-Black Earth, North-Caucasian, and Middle-Volga regions, where the average yield reaches from 45.4 to 56.0 centners per hectare. VLADI wheat is distinguished by good baking qualities, with high protein content up to 18-19%, which makes it in demand for the production of quality flour and bakery products. The variety has uniformity of grains in the ear and yield stability, which ensures reliability and efficiency in cultivation. Thanks to its adaptability to biotic and abiotic stresses, as well as high resistance to diseases and pests, VLADI is a promising choice for agricultural producers seeking to obtain a high and quality harvest.
