Actor — a medium-early, high-yielding winter wheat variety, characterized by a glumeless ear and strong stem resistant to lodging. It has good winter hardiness and high adaptability to adverse growing conditions, allowing successful cultivation in the Forest Steppe and Steppe zones. Rapid spring development promotes the formation of a robust root system, ensuring reliable vegetation recovery after winter without prolonged regeneration.

The variety exhibits resistance to diseases affecting plants during the winter-spring period, such as root rots and snow mold. Due to its medium-early and rapid grain filling, Actor prevents grain thinning in drought-prone areas, facilitating the realization of the plant's high genetic potential. It belongs to the compensatory type, ensuring uniform grain filling across all ears on the plant, which is particularly effective when sown early or at optimal times with recommended seeding rates of 4.5 to 5.5 million seeds per hectare.

The grain of the Actor variety is characterized by high test weight, high flour yield, and high falling number — important technological properties for milling. Its low susceptibility to lodging reduces the need for growth regulators in spring, and their use is limited or not recommended under conditions of water deficit and high temperatures.
