BURYATIAN BEARDED

Soft spring wheat of the Buryatian Bearded variety is a medium-late variety with a vegetation period of 86 to 96 days, maturing a few days later than the standard Lutescens 937. This variety is characterized by a semi-erect bush and a cylindrical ear of medium density with white beards, which provides additional protection of crops from grazing. The grain is elongated, colored, with a moderate-length awn, the mass of 1000 grains is 36-40 grams. The variety is distinguished by drought resistance and resistance to lodging, making it a reliable choice for growing in complex climatic conditions.

Buryatian Bearded is recommended for cultivation in the East Siberian region, including the Republic of Buryatia, Zabaykalsky Krai, Irkutsk Oblast, and other territories with a similar climate. The yield of the variety varies depending on conditions and can range from 21 to 70 centners per hectare. In terms of baking qualities, the variety is a good filler, which confirms its popularity among farmers, including in Mongolia, where it is popular due to high resistance to lodging and grain quality.

Seeds of Buryatian Bearded wheat are released with a high degree of purity of not less than 99% and germination of not less than 92%, which guarantees high-quality planting material. They are delivered in big-bags and are accompanied by certificates of conformity, which confirms their compliance with state standards. The variety is included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements and is widely used in the agricultural sector of Eastern Siberia and adjacent regions, providing stable and high yields.
