With proper agronomic management, this variety reaches a potential yield of 5-6 tons per hectare.

Grain Quality and Disease Resistance

The economic value of «Elegiya» is defined by its grain quality, specifically a gluten content ranging from 25% to 30%. This makes it a preferred raw material for premium flour and pasta production. Beyond productivity, the variety offers a robust defensive profile against common cereal pathogens:
