FATE

The Fate wheat variety is the result of breeding aimed at creating high-yielding and adapted plants for the Central Non-Blacksoil region of Russia. This variety was developed through intraspecific hybridization and individual selection of elite plants from a hybrid population, ensuring its stability and high grain quality. Fate is characterized by a medium-early vegetative period lasting about 82 days, plant height of about 75 cm, and high resistance to lodging, making it a reliable choice for regional agrarians.

The Fate variety demonstrates significant yield figures: with basic cultivation technology in Suzdal, it reaches 37.5 centners/ha, and with intensive technology in Zhodino, up to 52.9 centners/ha, with maximum values of 54.3 centners/ha and 67.3 centners/ha respectively. The grain of the Fate variety has 70% vitreousness, 36.2g per 1000 grains, high crude gluten content (34.1%) and crude protein (16%), indicating its high quality and suitability for food and feed production.

Additionally, the Fate variety is resistant to major diseases and pests, with infection levels not exceeding 5%, as well as good germination and adaptation to various climatic conditions, including frosts and droughts. These characteristics make it versatile and in demand in agriculture, ensuring stable and high yields.
