The grain of this variety is large, long, and egg-shaped, ensuring good technological properties during processing. Khersonskaya Ostistaya wheat shows high resistance to major diseases and stress factors. It exhibits lodging and shattering resistance rated at 8-9 points, and resistance to root rot, septoria, fusarium, brown rust, and powdery mildew at 7-8 points. The variety is characterized by good drought and frost resistance, confirmed by successful cultivation in the Kherson region with yields up to 97 c/ha and potential yields up to 140 c/ha.
