Lubava Odeska

Lubava Odeska — a modern winter soft wheat variety developed at the Selection-Genetic Institute of UAAN and registered in the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine. This variety is intended for cultivation in the steppe zone of Ukraine and is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 75.8 centners per hectare. Lubava Odeska possesses a complex of adaptive traits, including drought resistance, cold tolerance, and resistance to major fungal diseases, enabling it to effectively compete with weeds and ensure stable yields under intensive cultivation practices.

The variety is characterized by versatility and is suitable for cultivation on various agrofonds, including irrigated conditions. High grain quality is reflected in its protein and gluten content, making it in demand for various uses. Thanks to its medium height and good resistance to adverse climatic factors, Lubava Odeska is a reliable choice for farmers operating in steppe and forest-steppe zones.

A distinctive feature of this variety is its adaptability to different climatic conditions and minimal requirements for agronomy, facilitating its cultivation. The ears have a spindle shape, and plant height reaches approximately 104-112 cm, promoting good growth and yield formation.
