It features medium ripening times and optimal sowing periods ranging from medium-early to medium. The recommended seeding rate is 3.8 to 5.0 million seeds per hectare, ensuring optimal plant development and maximum yield potential.

NORDKAP variety is characterized by a strong and well-developed root system, contributing to high resistance to lodging and adaptability to various climatic conditions. It exhibits high resistance to major diseases such as powdery mildew, brown rust, Fusarium head blight, cercosporosis, yellow rust, and leaf septoria. Additionally, the variety demonstrates high winter hardiness, making it a reliable choice for winter wheat cultivation.

NORDKAP wheat has a high yield potential due to a strong main stem and medium-low stem density. The number of grains per ear and the 1000-grain weight are at a medium level, contributing to stable and high yields. The yield potential reaches 115–120 centners per hectare. Protein content in grain is 13.2–13.8%, and gluten content is 27.5–27.9%, ensuring high-quality grain and high flour yield.
