Odessa Servant is a winter wheat variety with high genetic yield potential, intended for cultivation in various agro-climatic zones, including the Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe regions. The variety belongs to the medium-early maturity group with a vegetation period of 282-287 days. Plants reach a height of 82-92 cm and are characterized by high tillering, forming 624 to 786 productive stems per square meter. The ear is large and high-grained, containing 52 to 62 kernels, with a 1000-kernel weight ranging from 38.5 to 44 g.

Odessa Servant wheat is distinguished by high yield, averaging 11.8 t/ha, with potential up to 12.9 t/ha under optimal conditions. Protein content in the grain ranges from 13.6 to 15.5%, ensuring high-quality raw material for milling industry. The grain is red, egg-shaped, large, with gluten content of 32-36% and flour strength of 340-380 arbitrary units, indicating good baking properties.

The variety exhibits high resistance to various diseases and stress factors, including powdery mildew, root rots, and rust, with resistance ratings of 7-9 points. It also shows high resistance to lodging and lodging resistance, as well as excellent frost and drought tolerance.
