PAMYATI YUDINA WHEAT

Pamyati Yudina soft spring wheat is a mid-early or early-maturing variety of Triticum aestivum L., designed to deliver high yields and high-quality grain. The plant is mid-height with a pyramid-shaped ear of medium density and pigmented kernels. The weight of 1000 kernels varies from 27 to 42 grams depending on the growing region. The variety belongs to the Lutescens and Erytrospermum groups, providing a diversity of adaptive traits and grain quality. Baking qualities are considered satisfactory, and the grain is used as a good filler in the baking industry.

The Pamyati Yudina variety is characterized by good lodging resistance and high drought tolerance, making it suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones, including the Central and South zones of the Irkutsk region, Perm Krai, as well as the Kurgan, Orenburg, Chelyabinsk, Kemerovo, and Novosibirsk regions. Average yields in growing regions range from 12.7 to 29.6 centners per hectare, confirming its high productivity and adaptability.

The variety is resistant to a number of diseases, including brown rust and solid stem rust, but is susceptible to powdery stem rust, Septoria, powdery mildew, and stem rust. It is recommended for agricultural use in sowing and growing to obtain a stable and high-quality yield of soft spring wheat.
