RGT KREATION

Wheat variety RGT KREATION is a mid-late, glabrous type with high adaptability and vigorous growth, developed by the French seed company RAGT Semences. This variety features a valuable quality group A, protein content around 11%, and gluten content of 18%, ensuring high milling performance of the grain. Thousand-grain weight ranges between 48–55 grams, and plant height is 70–85 cm, indicating compactness with strong stems and resistance to lodging. RGT KREATION is recommended for cultivation in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including Northern Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia, confirmed by its wide geographical success. It exhibits high winter hardiness (8–9 points) and drought resistance (5–8 points depending on the zone), enabling successful cultivation under adequate, medium, and even low moisture conditions. RGT KREATION demonstrates strong compensatory capacity and plasticity to soils, contributing to stable yields even under adverse autumn conditions. It shows high tolerance to major leaf diseases such as powdery mildew, septoria, brown and yellow rusts, as well as Fusarium head blight and root rots, significantly reducing yield loss risks and enhancing grain quality. To achieve maximum yield potential (up to 11–12 tons per hectare), optimal sowing dates and rates are recommended: 3.2–4.6 million seeds per hectare depending on sowing time (early, optimal, or late). The variety forms good tillers, ensuring optimal nutrient use and high productivity. RGT KREATION performs especially well in Forest-Steppe and Polissia zones, where it displays superior agronomic traits and resistance to lodging and shattering.
