The best part of working with 'Euclide' is its natural immunity. Throughout the season, we observed high resistance to major threats: eyespot, septoria, and all types of rust. I would especially like to highlight its resistance to Fusarium head blight, which is a critical indicator for grain quality. Powdery mildew was not an issue either, as the variety's potential allows for confident infection control using standard protection protocols.

Field performance and harvest

The medium-height plant (90-100 cm) performs excellently under intensive farming technologies. In the field, 'Euclide' looks robust; the stems are strong, and lodging resistance is genuinely high. This significantly simplifies the work for combine operators, as there is no need to deal with flattened crops, and harvest losses are kept to a minimum.

Economic efficiency

• Winter hardiness: I would rate it a solid 8 on a 9-point scale. It overwinters stably with excellent stand density.
• Thousand-kernel weight: Ranges from 45 to 50 grams, providing a strong start and uniform emergence.
• Yield potential: The stated 10-11 tons are realistic figures for high-tech operations. We can see that the ear potential is immense.
