The winter wheat variety Salasar was registered in the state register in 2020 and is a medium-late, glumeless variety intended for sowing during the autumn period from September 15 to October 25. The recommended sowing rate varies depending on the sowing date: for early sowing (September 15–25) — 3.0–3.5 million seeds per hectare, for optimal sowing (September 25–October 5) — 3.5–4.0 million seeds per hectare. Plant height ranges from 64.9 to 77.1 cm, and the vegetation period is 259 to 268 days.
Salasar exhibits high resistance to major leaf and ear diseases, including powdery mildew, rust, Fusarium ear blight, as well as pests such as the cereal leaf beetle and cereal aphid, rated 8–9 points on the resistance scale.
