It matures simultaneously with the Lutescens 70 variety and is recommended for cultivation in the Tyumen region and the West Siberian region. The variety is characterized by resistance to lodging and good drought tolerance, especially in the early phases of vegetation, ensuring yield stability in conditions of a fickle climate. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 29.4 to 43 grams, indicating grain largeness and high seed quality.

TYUMENSKAYA 29 possesses resistance to solid head smut and powdery mildew, while being moderately susceptible to brown rust, and also subject to some influence of stem rust, root rots, and septoria.
