Description
This variety is known for its early ripening, allowing harvest from July to September. For successful cultivation, seedlings should be sown in March, followed by transplanting into the ground in May. Bonita pepper requires abundant watering and adapts well to conditions in plastic greenhouses and open ground. The fruits have excellent taste qualities, especially when preserved, and are also suitable for salads and stuffing.
In addition, the fruits contain a significant amount of microelements such as iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and others, which contribute to improving overall body tone. Seeds can be collected from the best fruits for further improvement of the variety under specific cultivation conditions. The Bonita variety is characterized by stable commercial yield and is suitable for various culinary applications.
