Description
In technical maturity, the fruits are yellowish-white with a distinct anthocyanin, making them appear purple; in biological maturity, they turn orange. The flavor is intensely hot, making this variety attractive for both decorative purposes and fresh consumption. Due to its compact size and decorative coloration, 'Bubble' pepper is suitable for cultivation not only in open ground and plastic greenhouses but also in various containers on balconies and indoors.
Cultivation begins with sowing seeds for seedlings in late February to early March at a depth of about 0.5 cm. Pinching is done at the 1-2 true leaf stage, and transplanting seedlings into open ground or greenhouses occurs at the end of May. It is important to note that 'Bubble' pepper seedlings should not be planted near sweet pepper seedlings to avoid cross-pollination, which may result in bitter sweet fruits.
