Description
The variety is distinguished by its excellent taste and aroma, which remain even after freezing, making it an excellent choice for canning and preservation. Yield ranges from 2.4 to 3.3 kg per square meter. Seeds have undergone pre-sowing treatment and germination testing, which is approximately 93%. To obtain high-quality seedlings, sowing is recommended at the end of February, with transplanting at the cotyledon stage. The optimal temperature for seed germination is +25-27 °C.
Seedlings are transplanted into the soil at the end of May, when soil temperature reaches +10-12 °C. It is recommended to follow a planting scheme of 40x60 cm and form the bush by removing all side shoots and leaves up to the first fork to improve fruiting. Pepper requires regular root watering with a norm of 10-12 liters per m² (6-10 liters for northern regions), as well as careful soil loosening due to its shallow root system. For fertilization, it is better to use compost or high-quality compost, avoiding fresh manure to prevent excessive vegetative growth at the expense of fruiting.
