Sweet pepper variety GURMAN is an early-maturing, high-yielding variety with large, cube-shaped fruits measuring 10-13 cm in length and 9-12 cm in width. The plant is medium-height, reaching 50-70 cm, with a strong stem and good leaf coverage. Fruits have a medium wall thickness of 5-6 mm and a weight of 140-160 g, making them sufficiently meaty and juicy. In technical ripeness, fruits are green, but in biological ripeness, they turn bright orange, giving them an attractive appearance.

GURMAN variety is distinguished by high flavor qualities: the flesh is sweet, juicy, and very aromatic. Thanks to these characteristics, the pepper is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for freezing and processing. It stores well and is resistant to long-distance transportation, making it convenient for distribution and sale.

GURMAN pepper is versatile in cultivation: it can be grown both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. Moreover, the variety is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), enhancing its reliability and reducing the risk of yield loss.
