Description
The pepper fruits have an elongated-cuboid or elongated-prism shape, weighing 260-290 grams, measuring 15-17 cm in length and 5-7 cm in diameter. They are three- to four-chambered with wall thickness of 7-8 mm, ensuring juiciness and fleshiness. Immature fruits are light green, while ripe fruits acquire a glossy yellow-orange hue. The flesh is sweet, aromatic, and tender, making this variety ideal for fresh consumption, salad, soup, and pickling.
Sowing for seedlings is recommended at the end of February, with transplanting at the cotyledon stage. Planting in the ground is carried out at the end of May with a planting scheme of 40x80 cm. To form the bush, all lateral shoots and leaves should be removed up to the first fork, which promotes better fruit development and increased yield. Successful cultivation requires feeding with complex fertilizers and regular watering with warm water. Fruits have good storage life for up to two weeks, facilitating their storage and transportation.
