Kashalot Pepper is an early and mid-season hybrid variety characterized by high yield and large fruit size. Fruits of the Kashalot pepper have a conical-prismatic shape with thick walls of 6-8 mm. In technical maturity, they are light green or dark green, and in biological maturity, they turn rich red. Fruit weight ranges from 220 to 650 grams, making them very large and striking. The fruits are juicy, flavorful, and have a delicate aroma, ensuring excellent taste qualities.
This variety is versatile in use: it is excellent for fresh consumption, roasting, stuffing, and canning.
