Description
The Mata Hari variety boasts high yield — up to 3.1 kg per square meter when grown under film cover. It is drought-tolerant and requires good lighting for full development. Fruit set occurs 110–115 days after sowing. For successful cultivation, seeds should be sown after the frost threat has passed, when soil temperature reaches 10–12°C, at a depth of 1–3 cm, with a spacing of 50 x 60 cm, ensuring optimal density — about 4 plants per square meter. Care includes timely watering, fertilization, and soil loosening.
Mata Hari pepper enjoys steady demand due to its high commercial quality and good flavor. It is resistant to diseases, simplifying care and enhancing yield stability. This variety is recommended for both small-scale farmers and experienced gardeners who value the combination of early maturity, high yield, and hot flavor.
