Olymp

Olymp pepper is a medium-maturing hybrid with a ripening period of 111-115 days, intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant is spreading, reaching a height of 60-70 cm, which ensures convenient care and harvest. The fruits have a drooping shape, large, cube-like, with a strong gloss, giving them an attractive appearance.

In technical maturity, the fruits are dark green, and in biological maturity, they attain a deep red hue. Each fruit weighs between 200 to 300 grams, with a wall thickness ranging from 6 to 8 mm, ensuring juiciness and flesh density. These characteristics make the pepper versatile for various uses.

The OLYMP hybrid is distinguished by guaranteed high yield, reaching up to 6.8 kg per square meter, making it especially attractive for large-scale production. The pepper possesses excellent taste and commercial qualities, allowing its use for fresh consumption as well as for all types of culinary processing, including canning and preparation of various dishes.
