Description
This variety is distinguished by excellent taste qualities and versatility in use. "Rubinovy Bok" pepper is widely used fresh, as well as suitable for preparing hot dishes, winter preserves, stuffing with meat, adding to salads, soups, borscht, and side dishes. Its bright color and rich flavor add elegance and appeal to dishes.
The variety is well adapted for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground, showing resistance to drought and cold. Average yield is 2.9-3.3 kg per square meter. For obtaining quality seedlings, seeds are sown at the end of February to a depth of up to 1 cm, and pinching is performed at the 1-2 true leaf stage. Seedlings are transplanted at the end of May, and after planting, it is recommended to remove side shoots and leaves up to the first fork, as well as to tie the plants to supports for better growth and fruit formation.
