VESELINKA

The 'Veselinka' pepper variety is an early-maturing domestic Siberian selection, suitable for cultivation both in open and covered ground. The plant is semi-spreading and of medium height, which facilitates care and harvest. Fruits are cylindrical with a drooping tip, have a glossy surface, and change color from greenish-white to bright yellow as they ripen. The average fruit weight is 70-85 grams, with a wall thickness of 6-7 mm, ensuring juiciness and firmness. The 'Veselinka' variety is characterized by high yield: in open ground, it yields about 3 kg per square meter, and under plastic coverings — 6-7 kg per square meter. The pepper has excellent taste and is rich in vitamin C, allowing one fruit to meet daily vitamin C requirements. Additionally, the variety is resistant to several diseases, including tobacco mosaic, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including the middle belt of Russia. For successful cultivation, seedlings should be planted in March, followed by transplanting into the main soil in May or June when soil temperature exceeds 10°C. The 'Veselinka' pepper is suitable for culinary use due to its sweet taste and versatility. It is excellent for preparing fresh dishes, salads, and various culinary products, but requires proper care to achieve maximum productivity and fruit quality.
