Aivengo

Aivenko pepper variety is an early-maturing, high-yielding variety suitable for cultivation both in open and protected ground. From full emergence to technical fruit maturity, it takes 105-115 days, and to biological maturity — 125-135 days. The plant is medium-height, compact, semi-determinate, reaching 60-70 cm, which ensures ease of care and harvest.

Aivenko fruits have a conical shape, smooth or slightly ribbed, with 2-3 chambers and a weight of 95 to 140 grams. In technical maturity, they have a white-cream or cream-yellow color, while in biological maturity — a rich red. The flesh thickness is 4-7 mm, the fruits are juicy, sweet, and very aromatic, making them versatile for fresh consumption and canning.

The variety is characterized by high yield — 60-80 tons per hectare, resistance to major diseases such as verticillium wilt, alternaria, and mosaic. Aivenko has high transportability, uniform fruiting, cold resistance, and can withstand dense planting, making it a profitable and reliable choice for farmers and gardeners.
