The key technical parameter for outdoor cultivation is the pericarp thickness, which is 6–7 mm in this variety. This represents a balance between culinary quality (fleshiness) and physical durability. The plant is engineered to thrive in open-field conditions, where fluctuations in moisture and temperature often compromise the integrity of thinner-walled varieties, leading to cracking.

Maturation dynamics and commercial utility

• Technical maturity: dark green color. At this stage, the fruit exhibits peak firmness, making it ideal for transport and extended shelf life.
• Biological maturity: bright red color. The fruit, weighing between 160 and 190 grams, accumulates sugars while maintaining its rigid cuboid structure without deformation.
