Sonata

Sonata F1 pepper is an early-maturing hybrid designed for cultivation under various conditions, including glass and plastic greenhouses, as well as open ground with support. From germination to technical ripeness, it takes 95–100 days, and to biological ripeness — 115–120 days. The plant is indeterminate, vigorous, and when formed into 2–3 stems, reaches a height of 1.5–2 meters, ensuring good productivity and ease of care.

The fruits of the Sonata pepper have a cube-like shape with 3–4 chambers, smooth and glossy. In technical ripeness, they are dark green, and at biological ripeness, they turn bright red. The fruit mass is 180–200 grams, with a wall thickness up to 10 mm. The hybrid is distinguished by excellent taste qualities, high marketability, and good transportability, making it attractive for both fresh consumption and commercial sale.

Sonata pepper is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV 0–1), enhancing crop reliability. Plants exhibit good fruit set and high yield, which varies from 7 to 14 kg per square meter depending on growing conditions. Recommended planting density is 3–3.5 plants per square meter, promoting optimal growth and fruiting.
